sainuu.chat pairs you with a random stranger for a text chat. We built it to collect as little as possible. This page explains exactly what that is.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, no names, no email, no phone number.
- Chat messages are relayed directly between you and your match and are never written to a database or logged — once the chat ends, they're gone.
- We don't track you across other websites.
What we do collect
- A random session ID, generated fresh each time you open a chat, used only to route your messages to your current match. It is not linked to your identity.
- A random client ID stored in your browser's local storage, used to remember an active Sainuu+ purchase and your matching preferences across visits. It never leaves your device except when connecting to chat or making a payment.
- Gender, age, and interest tags you enter before chatting — used only to match you with a compatible stranger (and to enforce our 18+ minimum age). Stored against your random client ID, not your identity.
- Reports. If you or your match file a report, we store the room ID, reason, and the reporting session ID so moderators can review abuse.
- Payment records. If you buy Sainuu+, we store the amount, status, and expiry of the purchase — no card or bank details ever touch our servers; payment is handled entirely by QPay.
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, then rotated out.
Who sees it
Nobody outside sainuu.chat. We don't sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers. QPay processes payments under its own privacy policy for the transaction only.
Your rights
Since we don't hold an account tied to you, there's nothing to export or delete beyond what's in your own browser — clearing your local storage removes your client ID, matching preferences, and any remembered Sainuu+ state. For report or payment record questions, contact us at the email below.
